26-27Go ahead and be angry. You do well to be angry—but don't use your anger as fuel for revenge. And don't stay angry. Don't go to bed angry. Don't give the Devil that kind of foothold in your life. 32Be gentle with one another, sensitive. Forgive one another as quickly and thoroughly as God in Christ forgave you." (Message)
26When angry, do not sin; do not ever let your wrath (your exasperation, your fury or indignation) last until the sun goes down.
27Leave no [such] room or foothold for the devil [give no opportunity to him].

The devil certainly knows our weaknesses and really tries hard to hit us there. I will NOT give him a foothold here!! Moving forward and believing that things will start turning around :)
